La colonna sonora di Frank contiene in parte la musica originale di Stephen Rennicks (Se sopravvivo mi sposo) e in parte alcune canzoni eseguite dal cast del film. Fassbender in particolare cimenta le sue doti canore in più di una traccia e insieme a lui cantano anche l’irlandese Domhnall Gleeson (l’aspirante musicista Jon) e Maggie Gyllenhaal (la fidanzata di Frank). Il film è dal 13 novembre nelle sale italiane ed è diretto da Lenny Abrahamson che con Rennicks ha già collaborato nel 2012 per What Richard Did.
